Ariel Compressors and OEM replacement parts are marketed through a long-established network of qualified distributors and packagers. Since 2005 ETC “ORION-D” LTD has became CNG dispensing stations’ packager and upstream/midstream packager of Ariel Corporation, USA and since 2006 – official distributor that allows us to fully fulfill service maintenance of gas compressors. Thus we can satisfy any requirement of our customers according to these parameters.

Due to own experience of packaging compressed natural gas systems, Orion-D specialists will offer a kit of spare parts, intended for after-sales service of your compressor. It may be one of the following variants:

• Consumable spares. This list includes those spares that should be changed at regular intervals in case of normal operating conditions. Typical spares of the list include piston rings, wear bands, rebuilt kits, parts of valves, lube oil filters etc.
• Kit of performance Maintenance Service-1, Maintenance Service -2, CO (complete overhaul). The kit includes spares, that usually do not fail, but the end user may wish to have available to minimize unit downtime. Typical spares include: piston rods, valve assemblies etc.

Spares from Consumables list and Kit of performance Maintenance Service-1, Maintenance Service -2, CO comprise a 2 year list of spare parts. To order individual kit of spares we ask you to indicate: spare part serial number, required quantity and, if possible, spare part description. Example:
