Conversion kits for carburetor and injector cars to run on methane (CNG)

• Electronic reducer CNG Emmegas, type NGV;
• Petrol electric valve (only for carburetor cars);

• Manometer with pressure sensor;

TSI-03 NGV system presents the highest group of products and is intended for cars with engines from 3 to 8 cylinders. 

1. Advantages of  system:

• High reliability and consistency of operation;
• Easy assembly in majority of cars;
• Special filter, installed between reducer and injector rail;
• Problem of explosion in inlet manifold is excluded;
• No necessity to use OBD emulators;
• Self-learning system at first installation;
• Self-adjusting at operation system;
• To reach maximum stable operation in the most extreme weather conditions, the system analyzes a lot of parameters of “environment” (2 temperature sensors, supplied on default – one at reducer and the second at injector rail).

• Tow-stage reducer EMMEGAS ML 04J with built-in intercepting valve;
• Gaseous filter;
• Injector rail EMMEGAS JMU;
• Electronic change-over switch with sound signal;
• Electronic control unit (4-6-8 cylinders);
• Manometer with gas level sensor;

List of basic components for carburetor cars:

• Reducer EMMEGAS type ML 03P, vacuum type;
• LPG electric valve;
• Petrol electric valve;
• Electronic switch-over with suction;
• Complete set of hoses and fittings.
